All Fire will carry out the servicing of Wet and Dry risers to British Standards. BS9990 recommends that the risers have a visual test every 6 months and it is a legal requirement that dry risers are tested annually. All Fire also carries out annual testing of Fire Hydrants.

All Fire carry out Fixed Wire and PAT Testing throughout N. Ireland. Electricity at Work Regulations require that there is a legal responsibility by employers and the self employed to complete Fixed Wire (17th Edition) Testing at their premises. Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the term used to describe the examination of electrical appliances and equipment to ensure they are safe to use.
